Graduation Reservations

GRADUATION SPRING 2026:

For spring 2026 Graduation reservations, we will be taking graduation reservations by phone in early March 2026. Please note that we do not take graduation reservations by email. Please review the following policies for future reference.

GRADUATION RESERVATION POLICIES:

Due to limited table availability, the maximum reservation size we are able to accommodate is eight (8) guests. 

Regrettably, we are unable to make exceptions to this policy, as it allows us to maintain efficient kitchen operations and meet the high demand for reservations. We kindly ask that large parties do not create multiple reservations to circumvent this limit. If multiple reservations are inadvertently made for a single group, we cannot guarantee that they will be seated together, near one another, or on the same floor.

MOBILITY:

Our restaurant has multiple dining areas that require the use of stairs. Please let us know immediately if anyone in your party has mobility issues with stairs so that we may select a table that is accessible without the use of chairs. Please note that we do have a limited number of tables that can accommodate guests with limited mobility and may not have a table that can accommodate your party if we are not informed at the time you make your reservation.

GRATUITY & SEPARATE CHECKS:

The Tavern does not separate individual guest checks for parties over 6 people. A 20% gratuity will be added to the final bill for all parties.

CAKES & DECORATIONS:

Please note that the Tavern restaurant does not allow decorations such as, but not limited to, balloons, confetti, banners etc. out of respect for the dining experience of our other guests. Outside cakes are not permitted, however, our chef will be offering special graduation desserts for the occasion.

RESERVATIONS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE:

All graduation reservations are strictly non-transferable. The reservation is valid only for the individual whose name appears on the booking. It cannot be assigned or given to another person under any circumstances.

At the time of check-in, the identity of the person who made the reservation will be verified. Only the individual who originally booked the reservation will be permitted to use it. Please ensure that your reservation details are accurate and match your identification to avoid any complications during check-in.

OUTDOOR SEATING:

Seasonally, we have two outdoor seating options for our guests, however, we do not take reservations for those spaces as our Pennsylvania weather is so unpredictable. All of our outdoor dining is walk in only.

TIME LIMIT:

Please be on time to dine. We have a 15-minute grace period. Please call us if you are running later than 15 minutes after your reservation time. We will only guarantee your reservation up to 15 minutes beyond the scheduled time. Your reservation has a firm two-hour time limit starting at your original reservation time. All members of your party must be present to be seated. We have other graduating families scheduled throughout the day, so adhering to your reservation time is important to ensure the best possible service for both your reservation and theirs.

FINAL COUNT & CANCELLATIONS:

Final count must be confirmed by April 23rd. Cancellations and/or changes after April 23rd will incur a fee of $25 per person. Reservation seating is not available for any guests in excess of their original reservation guest count. The entire restaurant is mapped out after April 23rd and all reservations are pre-assigned to specific tables. We will not be able to move you to a different table upon arrival.

2026 GRADUATION HOURS:

Monday: Closed

Tuesday through Thursday: 5pm-9pm

Fridays and Saturdays: 12noon-10pm

Sunday: 12noon-9pm
